Peter Termini has been involved in assembling and marketing land for residential development for over twenty years.

After graduating from Northeastern University  with a Bachelor of Science in Management and a Bachelor of Science in Labor Relations, Mr. Termini was employed by Mobil Oil (Eastern Region) where he was involved in real estate analysis, sales and acquisition.

 

In 1992 Mr. Termini became one of the founding Principals in Termini Associates: a firm designed to analyze, if necessary, assemble and market real estate for residential development.

 

Mr. Termini has been successful over the past 24 years with all types of residential developments including 40B, Conventional, Townhouse, Over 55, Low-Income and Multi-Family.
